- Some modules require content to become activated. Once activated, other modules attached to this ‘main module’ can then be seen. In tech speak (though it is pretty true to life) without the parent you cannot have the child.

- The URL of the page on which the issue occurred
- Any related error messages
- What you were doing when the issue arose

Much of the functionality of the RTE is provided by the browser and different browsers vary widely in how they handle rich content.
Browsers are on a boring diet… they can’t handle the rich stuff and need simple fare. To avoid these issues, we recommend that only plain text be pasted into the RTE.
It is possible to easily convert rich content to plain text by pasting into a simple text editor such as Notepad prior to pasting into the RTE.
Once your simple text is in the RTE feel free to use the RTE features to highlight your content as desired. Using the built in features will ensure that the style of your website remains consistent. Your users will thank you. - test 2
